October: research

Day 1

Before you begin with the collection of data is important to have a theoretical framework, so this month we are dedicated to collect data from the main factors that cause a disorder in the cycle of sleep and the biological clock to be able to determine a solution to this problem, since it is the objective of the project.

Day 2

After using several sources such as support to synthesize an answer to the solution to the problem, found that of the main factors of a disorder in the biological clock

  • Poor feeding

  • Reveal is constantly

  • Not sleeping enough hours

  • Many times it is because of excessive job stress

Day 3

As a conclusion to this month dedicated to the research, is that the alteration in the biological clock and sleep cycles is caused by factors which can be with a balancing of time and adequate food. The next month will be dedicated to the collection of data of the Group 607.

September: interviews

Day 1

The first thing that was done is ask questions that were to be based on theory as raised, so at the end of the survey to compare the data that should be out. As she is already put polls is delimited to the Group 607 ENP 2 "Erasmo Castellanos Quinto", generation 2014-2015.

Written questions were:

  • How many hours do you sleep a day?

  • How it is your daily diet?

  • It usually is your schoolwork heavy?

  • You reveal yourself often?

  • Do you have sleep problems?

Day 2

Once we decide which were the questions that we were going to do, we started surveys the group as we know all are regular students aged between 17 and 18 years that they are in a group of area II and therefore have a lifestyle quite active, taking these data as constants estimated that the results should be similar or with a same pattern.

Day 3

At the end of the polls in September began processing the data to reach a conclusion.

November, Enero: coclusion

Day 1

The first thing I check the data obtained was first posed constant were true, which it was that students had between 17 and 18 years old and were regular students and so was. To analyze the data we were able to realize that 80% of students work pretty hard to keep as a regular student and many of them do not sleep well for homework or study, this especially at end of quarter when teachers begin to works and tests done. The other 20% studies of moderate, however not sleeping enough hours they will lose time on the internet or making other kinds of activities.

Below is a graph of the data (average hours of 607 students sleeping):
