Subject and Problem

 

Subject: Biological clock, sleep cycles and quality of life.

Problem: Our habits of everyday life affect our sleep cycle and its quality diminish us energy and lowering our yield and quality of life.

 

Proposel of solution: Controlling our eating habits, the environment in which we sleep and that is all around us, the time we go to bed and how often you repeat this schedule, the activities we do just before going to sleep, not taking naps and time we do other factors can modify our biological clock in a way that encourages us to maximize our sleep and improve its quality to have and achieve higher performance in all aspects of our life, emphasizing academic.


Methodology:

 

1.- There will be a survey to 3 groups of sixth year of the "Escuela Nacional Preparatoria" number 2 "Erasmo Castellanos Quinto”.

 

2.- Based on the data collected, will be an analysis and study of as it is the quality of life of students and its implications 

 

3.- Finally, knowing that factor is common that generates such a disorder in sleep, apply the aforementioned solution proposal.
