My academic achievement

As already mentioned in this web site, my name is Josselin, I am 17 years old and I'm in third year of high school. The high school is a single-stage, is the beginning of adult life and depends on one as a student achieved the targets so in this text stranger some of the experiences I have had during high school and because I consider them an academic achievement.

When you enter the first year of high school, was the most brilliant that had happened to me in life up to that moment, not only because it had made progress in my student life, also because I had achieved my first goal, which was to enter UNAM, but of course that all the goodness of life have difficulty. The thrill of entering school who wanted to freeze when the difficulties began. Teachers were completely different and among so many students, it was almost impossible to be noticed. the first quarter was the harder, because you get off my grades too and evaluate system was different for what concerns nearly kills me.gradually got used me to the high school and clear which with much help from my best friend Laura.

In this way went ahead, already a little more adapted. The following year it was best and cleared my mind of the trauma that had been entering high school. I met more friends, I had pretty good teachers because that was more easy I decided to begin to study a technical career in chemistry. My technical career studying it in the afternoon, came out very late and that was a complication because I had little time for the task and work however, I learned many things and during the holidays of that year make my social service at a clinic of the IMSS and add this experience to my achievements, because I met as it is the workplace of the career that I want to study.

Now I'm in last year of high school, to go to College. I've spent quite fast this stage and although it gives me a bit of nostalgia, I am glad to know that I'm going with many good things, I learned from my friends, teachers, from me and from this stage. I got academic in terms of qualifications and personal achievements. personal achievements are that I consider most important. So far I have spent all the barriers that life has brought me and I hope to continue so.

Junk food

How many times we have heard, junk food is very bad for the body. In our country (Mexico) there is a wide variety of delicious food, however most is considered "Junk food" because is full of carbohydrates and saturated fats that do harm to our body. An example of this are gorditas, pizza, soft drinks, candy (as gummies, pallets, fried), burgers, quesadillas, among other foods that far from help, affect our health.

Eating junk food can cause, risk of cardiovascular disease, obesity, high cholesterol, resistance to insulin, and some  studies show that eating junk food has been linked to increases in depression, therefore it impairs health and also the appearance. There are two important factors that lead people to eat this type of food, the first is that no doubt junk food is delicious, the second is that this type of food is usually instantaneous and very easy to get, so it is very good for people who have a very accelerated life.

As already mentioned above, Mexico has a wide variety of junk food, so it is not surprising that now occupy the first place in obesity in the world, apart from that Mexico is a country with lowbrow physical activity and this has caused a big problem for society. Due to these factors, the Mexican population has raised their rates of diseases such as childhood diabetes, heart disease, and related to the consumption of these foods. So it is important to take a moderate, varied diet and supplement this with 30 minutes of physical activity, so to have a healthy body.

Time Free

What you usually do in your spare time?, watching television? or do you play any video game? Nowadays people spend a large percentage of his life, sedentary way i.e., prefer sitting watching television or on pages of internet, which go out to get some fresh air. Many people know that this is not the most correct, and they spend more 5 hours sitting, this is supposed brings problems for our body and with the stop can cause chronic diseases and even death.

Various studies have shown that excessive use of this television creating damage in the population, since a person when watching TV it usually consumes garnachas or junk food therefore, do not perform any physical activity and eating junk food, the potential for diseases such as diabetes or hypertension, are high. Other problems with the TV, are the commercials for junk food that pass constantly since this generates that person consumes more and more harmful food. So sedentary creates problems, obesity, heart, and there is also a high probability of suffering from brain diseases such as Alzheimer's.

As a conclusion we can say that it is important to carry out activities outdoors, exercise and clear our minds of all the new technologies that we choke and cause us harm, for a good physical health and mental, must be more activities and not just spend our time free against the computer or the internet. As we also saw it is important to take a balanced diet and not sutured carbohydrate. We must prevent at all costs deaths that are caused by our bad habits.

Climate Change

Although best known gas responsible for climate change is probably carbon dioxide, surely you know that this is not the only thing that causes this undesired effect on our planet. Among many others, has long been known that water vapor in the greenhouse also stresses in the upper layers of the atmosphere, but so far, no studies have shown that concentrations of the gas are also increased significantly to these heights due, again, to human activity. Consider the latest information about it.

A new study presented by scientists at the Rosenstiel School of the University of Miami, has become the first to confirm that the steady increase of water vapor in the upper troposphere, the atmospheric layer that lies between 3 and 7 kilometers above the surface, is a direct result of human and non-naturally occurring forces such as volcanic eruptions activities. To do this, they are designed based on the latest climate models and the data stored for several NOAA satellites, which were compared with different predictions about the movement of water between the ocean and atmosphere. These point to a clear culprit: the human being.

The study, which was published in PNAS and analyzed tropospheric moistening in the period between 1979 and 2005, says the unstoppable and increased burning of fossil fuels to meet the demands of industry and automobiles mainly primary cause of warming, too causes an increase in the concentrations of water vapor. This landmark study, as the authors say, have important implications for climate science because it poses the greatest feedback anthropogenic (manmade) known to date related to the amplification of climate change, and alerts us once again, the dangerous path that we and the urgent need to change our paradigms of current consumption.
